Delivery charges are imposed on each product?
Delivery fees are calculated on the entire order (even if there is more than one product in the order). There are also ongoing offers for free delivery.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete, etc.?
The store from which the order was made will be contacted and a replacement will be requested.

Is it possible to cancel the order after executing the purchase process?

The deadline for arrival has expired and my order has not arrived?
You can click on the (WhatsApp) icon and follow the instructions, and the specialized team will contact the store from which it was requested to return the value of the products. In the event of non-response, the complaint will be escalated to the payment source, and when compensation is completed, the value of the products will be returned only to the customer’s wallet without the commission.
